1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account, downloading or using MuteTheNoise (“MTN”), purchasing a plan, or otherwise accessing the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. “AnySynth,” “MTN,” “we,” and “us” refer to the operator of MuteTheNoise under the AnySynth operating name; AnySynth is not presented as a registered corporation merely by use of that name.
You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter a contract, and be legally permitted to use trading and prediction-market tools where you live. MTN is currently invite-only. An invitation is personal, limited, and may be revoked.
2. What MTN provides
MTN is software for monitoring automated strategies, viewing market and performance data, receiving signals, reviewing trades, and—where included in your plan and enabled by you— sending controls or execution instructions to connected systems. Features vary by plan, release, jurisdiction, configuration, and third-party availability.
- V1 Access provides the desktop app and V1 signals for manual use.
- Trading Suite provides available day-trading strategies, including V1, V2, Gamma, and later strategies designated for that tier, plus optional automated execution.
- Complete Access adds the available Kalshi or other prediction-market tooling described at checkout.
Product previews and market cards on the public website may contain mock, simulated, or illustrative data. They are demonstrations of the interface, not live offers, trade confirmations, or evidence that a particular result was achieved.
3. Trading risk and no guaranteed wins
MTN does not guarantee wins, profits, any stated win rate, or protection from loss. You can lose some or all of the capital committed to trading or prediction markets. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MTN and AnySynth are not liable for your trading, investment, market, or prediction-market losses.
Trading involves substantial risk. Markets can move rapidly, liquidity can disappear, orders can fill at worse prices than expected, and a strategy can experience losses, drawdowns, or prolonged underperformance. Fees, spreads, slippage, latency, taxes, and subscription costs reduce returns.
Any displayed win rate, profit, backtest, paper-trading result, signal score, or historical performance figure is descriptive only. Past, simulated, modelled, or hypothetical performance does not predict future results. A higher win rate does not necessarily mean a strategy is profitable because losses may be larger than wins.
You are solely responsible for deciding whether a strategy, signal, position size, market, and connected account are appropriate for you. Use only capital you can afford to lose, independently verify information, and consult qualified financial, legal, and tax professionals where appropriate.
4. Automated execution and user control
Automated execution is optional where available. Enabling it authorizes configured systems to submit instructions without asking you to approve each transaction. Automation may act faster than you can intervene and can compound errors or losses before you notice them.
- You choose the connected account, permissions, strategy, limits, and capital.
- You must monitor activity and keep independent broker or venue safeguards in place.
- You must know how to pause the bot and revoke third-party access.
- You remain responsible for orders and positions submitted through credentials, permissions, or systems you control, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
We may suspend automation when we detect a security, operational, compliance, market, or safety concern, but we have no duty to monitor your account or prevent every loss.
5. Accounts and security
Provide accurate account information and keep your password, device, invitation, and connected-service credentials secure. Do not share an account or allow another person to use your access. Notify us promptly at hello@anysynth.co if you suspect unauthorized use.
You are responsible for activity under your account until you notify us, subject to mandatory law. We may require verification, rotate or revoke sessions, restrict roles, or suspend access to protect the service and its users.
6. Plans, billing, and cancellation
Current plan features and prices are shown on the pricing page or at checkout. Monthly plans are billed monthly. Annual plans are billed for twelve months in advance and may include the displayed 15% discount. Taxes and third-party trading costs are separate unless checkout expressly says otherwise.
If checkout identifies a subscription as renewing automatically, it renews for the stated period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time before renewal to stop future charges; access normally continues through the end of the paid period. Cancelling MTN does not close positions, cancel market orders, or terminate a separate broker or prediction-market account. Do those things directly with the relevant provider.
We may change prices or plan contents prospectively. We will provide advance notice where required and will not change the price of a period already paid for.
7. Refund policy
Except where law requires a refund or a checkout offer expressly provides one, subscription charges are non-refundable once a billing period begins. Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not create a prorated refund for unused time. Duplicate charges or a failure to receive purchased access should be reported promptly to hello@anysynth.co so we can investigate and correct them.
If mandatory consumer law gives you a withdrawal or refund right, that right controls. For digital services made available immediately at your request, the law in your location may permit the withdrawal right to end or the refundable amount to be reduced once performance begins, but only where the required disclosures and consent were provided.
8. Affiliate program
If you apply for or use an MTN affiliate account, this section also applies. Participation is subject to approval and continued compliance with these Terms. Affiliate dashboard figures may be pending, estimated, reversed, or delayed while we validate attribution, payment, refunds, chargebacks, fraud signals, and program eligibility.
- The standard commission is 30% of qualifying MTN subscription revenue attributed through your affiliate link during the referred subscriber’s first six paid months, unless a different written rate is displayed for your account.
- Commission continues only while the referred subscription remains active and paid. It ends after the sixth paid month or earlier if the subscriber cancels, stops paying, receives a refund, or otherwise becomes ineligible. Commission is calculated on the qualifying amount actually received, excluding taxes, credits, chargebacks, fraudulent payments, and amounts that are not collected.
- Commission remains pending through a T+7 validation period. Available balances of at least USD $100 are scheduled for processing during the first week of the following month.
- Supported payout methods may include PayPal, cryptocurrency, and wire transfer. Method availability, processing time, fees, identity checks, tax documents, and minimums can vary by provider, country, and currency.
You are responsible for accurate account and payout information, taxes on affiliate income, and legally required advertising or affiliate disclosures. You may not use self-referrals, cookie stuffing, forced redirects, spam, misleading performance or income claims, impersonation, unauthorized paid search on MTN or AnySynth names, or any other deceptive or unlawful attribution method.
We may withhold, reverse, or investigate commission connected to returns, disputes, duplicate accounts, prohibited promotion, manipulation, or suspected fraud. We may change or end the program prospectively with reasonable notice where practical. Participation does not guarantee traffic, conversions, commission, or any amount of income.
9. Acceptable use and community conduct
You may not use MTN to:
- break laws, market rules, sanctions, exchange rules, or third-party terms;
- manipulate markets, trade on unlawfully obtained information, or facilitate fraud;
- probe, bypass, disrupt, overload, scrape, or reverse engineer the service;
- share invitations, resell access, impersonate others, or misrepresent results;
- upload malicious code or interfere with another user’s account or privacy; or
- publish threats, harassment, illegal content, deceptive performance claims, or material that infringes another person’s rights in any MTN community or support channel.
10. Financial and regulatory status
MTN is a software and information product. Unless we expressly state otherwise in a separate written agreement, MTN and AnySynth are not acting as your broker-dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading adviser, exchange, clearinghouse, custodian, fiduciary, or tax adviser. MTN does not hold customer trading funds and does not provide individualized investment recommendations through the public website.
You are responsible for determining whether your use is lawful, whether a provider is authorized in your location, and whether you meet age, identity, suitability, funding, and reporting requirements. Access may be restricted by jurisdiction or compliance status.
11. Third-party platforms and data
Brokers, exchanges, market-data vendors, Kalshi, payment processors, hosting providers, and other integrations are independent third parties with their own terms and privacy practices. Mentioning a third party does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.
We do not control third-party outages, delayed or incorrect data, rejected orders, account restrictions, fees, settlement, custody, or eligibility decisions. You authorize MTN to exchange the information and instructions necessary to provide an integration you enable.
12. Software license and ownership
Subject to these Terms and your plan, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the MTN desktop app. MTN’s code, interface, models, strategy descriptions, branding, and content remain owned by the operator or its licensors. No source code, strategy, trademark, or other right is transferred to you.
Feedback may be used to improve MTN without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.
13. Availability, warranties, and limitation of liability
MTN is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation. We do not promise that signals, market data, software, updates, risk controls, or third-party integrations will always be timely, accurate, secure, or available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MTN, AnySynth, and the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits, revenue, opportunity, data, goodwill, or business; or trading, investment, prediction-market, tax, or market losses arising from your use or inability to use the service, strategy performance, automation, market movement, or third-party conduct.
Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid for MTN during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights and liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other matters where applicable law prohibits limitation.
14. Suspension, termination, and service changes
You may stop using MTN and cancel renewal at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, security risk, unlawful or abusive use, violation of these Terms, third-party requirements, or discontinuation of a feature. Where practical and lawful, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to export information or resolve the issue.
Terms concerning payment obligations, ownership, risk, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and provisions intended by their nature to survive will continue after termination.
15. Changes and applicable law
We may update these Terms as MTN changes. Material changes will be posted with a new “Last updated” date and, where required, communicated before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms, except where affirmative consent is required.
Applicable law governs these Terms. Nothing here selects a law or forum that would deprive a consumer of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
16. Contact
Questions, billing issues, legal notices, and complaints may be sent to hello@anysynth.co. Please include enough detail for us to identify the account and issue, but do not email passwords, private keys, broker credentials, or other sensitive secrets.
